2. SAP System Lifecycle Services

2.1. Consulting Resource

The Enterprise Support SAP Practice is comprised of local Experienced, Quality, Specialised, Consultants. Enterprise Support employ one of the single largest contingents of competent SAP HCM Project Managers and Consultants in the region. Members of our Consulting Team are available to work directly for the Client or other SAP partners on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. A schedule of rates and profile of available resource is available on request.

2.2. Systems Integration

Enterprise Support offers thought leadership in SAP HCM implementation. We offer a comprehensive Project Management Methodology and Project Resource for various phases of the project including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realisation, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support and Continuous Improvement. Competitive advantage is obtained in all stages of the Project by leveraging the unique SAP HCM Pre-Configured Framework (Framework).

The Framework is a pre-configured multi-country solution that has been developed by Enterprise Support for major organisations in the Asia Pacific Region. The Framework supports us in asserting that we are uniquely placed to provide the fastest and cheapest, risk free implementation of the SAP HCM solution at a fixed price.

2.3. SAP Application Management Support

Enterprise Support supports SAP customers to ensure systems are Legally Compliant and include the latest Legal Change Packages (LCP). The application of an LCP is accompanied by structured Testing before release to the Production Systems to enable Ongoing Support for the lifetime of the system. Service Level Agreements for regular offsite Call Centre Support and onsite support are in place for all our Clients.

2.4. SAP Application Hosting Services

Enterprise Support provide their customers with an Application Hosting Service delivered from Certified SAP Hosting Facilities.

The environment is split across 2 Fully Redundant Data Centres. The service is provided on multiple IBM AIX servers replicated at Data Centres connected with land and microwave links. Enterprise Support provide a reliable and robust Production Environment for Clients who have licensed the SAP ERP Software Suite. Our service catalogue includes complete Hardware, Operating System, Network, Database and SAP Netweaver Basis Support.

4. Project Approach

A brief summary of the implementation phases for a SAP Payroll Integration Project are outlined below:

4.1. Phase 1: Project Preparation

During this phase the Enterprise Support team works with our clients to develop the Initial Planning Study and prepare for the project.

4.2. Phase 2: Business Blueprint

The purpose of this phase is to achieve a common understanding of how the company intends to run SAP to support their business. This understanding is enhanced by exposing the Client team to Best Practice developed by Enterprise Support in the delivery of services to its Clients. The result is the Business Blueprint, a detailed documentation of the results gathered during requirements workshops.

4.3. Phase 3: Realisation

The purpose of this phase is to implement all the business process requirements based on the Business Blueprint. This phase is accelerated if the Client leverages the Enterprise Support SAP HCM Pre?Configured Framework.

4.4. Phase 4: Final Preparation

The purpose of this phase is to complete the final preparation (including Testing, End User Training, System Management and cutover activities) to finalize your readiness to go live. On successful completion of this phase, you are ready to run your business in your live SAP System on Time & Budget.

4.5. Phase 5: Go Live & Support

The purpose of this phase is to move from a project-oriented, pre-production environment to live production operation.
