Enterprise Support is a SAP Channel Partner and has been officially recognised by SAP AG for its SAP BPO service capability, with over a decade of commercially-focused product innovation. This is testament to its expertise and highly customised service delivery model.
The Company has the ability to offer its SAP HCM payroll solutions to large customers via a fully integrated service which fulfils both upfront implementation and periodic payroll processing (BPO / ASP) requirements.
IT systems and processes audited annually by Deloitte –subject to AUS810 standard.
Enterprise Support has a high level of partner intimacy with SAP, developed over a period of 12 years. This has culminated in ES and SAP having jointly collaborated in creating marketing collateral.
SAP has also published on its global website, a number of client success stories which involved Enterprise Support. These are provided in Appendix 2 of this Memorandum.
Enterprise Support leverages off the global expertise and software development capabilities of SAP AG, acting as a channel partner and SAP solution provider to more than 20 large clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. The Company is an officially recognised SAP HCM BPO Competency Centre within the Australian and New Zealand markets and has over 12 years of commercially focused experience in implementing SAP AG's HCM solution in the local market. During this time, Enterprise Support has developed a robust, standardised Framework. The Company is also the largest provider of SAP payroll and HR solutions in the Asia Pacific rim.
Enterprise Support has a team of SAP developers who pioneered the localisation of the SAP HCM solution to meet Australian and New Zealand legislative requirements. As testament to the expertise of the workforce, and its proven capability in implementing and supporting SAP solutions in the local market, the Company was officially recognised by SAP AG for its BPO Service Delivery of Human Capital Management in the Australia / New Zealand region in November 2007.
