Enterprise Support started some 30 years ago as Health Computing Services - a quasi government shared service centre in Victoria, Australia. Over the years, the company has evolved into an SAP Hosting and Application Management Services and Information Technology Management Services provider.
Enterprise Support is a Certified SAP Human Capital Management Competence Center. The Company provides payroll-processing services to about 20 major organisations with over 100,000 employees in Australia and New Zealand, using both Application Service Provider ("ASP") and Business Process Outsourced ("BPO") deployment models.
The Information Technology Management Services business is underpinned by a Tier 3 Data Center in Clayton Victoria. The highly secure 2,000 square meter facility incorporates redundant power and air-conditioning and Telco agnostic networking capabilities.

Service Level Agreements
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines our services and responsibilities and also the customer responsibilities. The SLA also provides a description of minimum service levels, response time, quality measures and expected performance levels. Service level controls, reporting and governance are put in place including the definition of disputes/issue resolution process. Standard procedures to resolve service failures and charging mechanisms are agreed in the setup phase.
